New York’s 92.3 K-Rock is no more

By mytristate

As of 5 p.m. EST Wednesday, March 11th, 2009, New York’s 92.3 K-Rock will change formats again, this time to a TOP 40 format, putting them in direct competition with Z100 – yep, New York City doesn’t have much in the way of rock stations these days.  So, get ready for WNOW, the new 92.3, playing the exact same top 40 crap as they’re already been playing on Z100.  Read more about the K-Rock demise on our radio blog here.

have a good one,
